Hearing loud explosions next to your house is scary
Makes you wonder if it's the revenge of Carrie
That's what we get for discussing stories by Stephen King
Looking outside we don't see a thing
The block is still quiet, no panic ensued
They're all probably inside doing something lewd
The police have arrived and are doing their job
Probably blaming Detroit like a Grosse Point-y snob
We saw a blue light when the explosion went off
Perhaps it was some earth bending from Toph
Then again the blue light could be from Azula or Zuko
It could have been Godzilla for all that we know
The panic has past as we all calm down once more
Though my sister is staying glued to the front door
Though it's not her fault she didn't know I left a trap
And all is still good and long as Brandy doesn't open her trap

and I are sitting in my mother's dining room when we heard a loud explosion and I saw a blue light flash outside the window. We're assuming it was something electrical but my sister called the police station in a panic.
I felt the need to document this moment and the thoughts that were going through my brain.
We had been discussing the movie Carrie a few hours ago which popped into my head for God knows why. And I'm not exactly sure where Avatar came from...but Feyreisa is having an affair with Godzilla and I'm still hurt by it -_-;
